About the Course

The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Tourism and Hospitality Management is a dynamic and career-oriented undergraduate program designed to prepare students for the rapidly growing tourism, travel, hospitality, and service industries. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical training to develop professional skills required for managing hospitality establishments, tourism organizations, hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, event management companies, and related sectors.

The curriculum provides comprehensive knowledge of tourism operations, hospitality services, food production, food and beverage management, housekeeping, front office operations, customer relationship management, event planning, entrepreneurship, and sustainable tourism practices. A distinctive feature of the program is its focus on experiential learning through industrial visits, internships, skill-based training, and apprenticeship opportunities in reputed hospitality organizations. Industry Training and Apprenticeship

The program emphasizes experiential learning through internships, industrial visits, skill-based workshops, and apprenticeship opportunities with reputed hospitality organizations. These experiences help students develop industry-ready competencies and enhance employability.

During mandatory apprenticeship in the third year (V & VI Semester), students receive a monthly stipend (often starting at Rs. 12,300/month, backed by Government schemes like NATS 2.0)
