The Training and Placement Cell of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, invited Numex Group to select students for internship training for BBA and MBA students.
Company representatives, Mr. Anuj Sharma, Marketing Head, and Mr. Anshul Goyal, HR Manager, Numex Group, conducted the entire placement drive through a prescribed process. Institute Director, Prof. S.N. Chauhan, and Chief Training and Placement Coordinator, Ashish Chauhan, welcomed the company representative with a bouquet of flowers.
The company representative first briefed the students on the internship module (job profile). He explained that this internship is a job opportunity. Numex is a leading Indian infrastructure company that develops various townships across India. The company constructs buildings and multi-story buildings according to the standards set by RERA. The company visited the institute to recruit students for the positions of Market Trainee and Sales Trainee. Students were then selected based on merit, speaking ability, team spirit, and technical attitude. Forty-eight students from the Shri Ram Group of Colleges participated in this selection process, of which 19 were finally selected. The final selected students will receive a stipend and incentives during their internship training, while regularization will be based on performance after two months. Among the selected students were Amaya Khajwal, Dhruvi, Akshit Kumar, Hamyani, Jyoti Baliyan, Rashi Rana etc. from BBA and Ms. Megha, Harit Kumar etc. from MBA. This placement drive was organized by the Training and Placement Cell at the campus of Shri Ram Group of Colleges (IC) Muzaffarnagar.Institute Director Prof. S.N.
