A guest lecture was organized within the Department of Management (MBA) at Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, under the AICTE-sponsored DPS Scheme. During this event, Dr. Ravindra Kumar Tyagi (Professor of Practice) from IIT Roorkee addressed the students on the topic, "Success Mantra: From Dream to Discipline." Dr. Ravindra Kumar Tyagi emphasized to the students that the fundamental mantra for success lies in firm determination, consistent hard work, effective time management, and a positive outlook. He advised them to maintain unwavering focus on their goals, recognize their inherent talents, identify the root causes of any failures, find solutions to overcome them, and continue moving forward.

On this occasion, Dr. S.N. Chauhan, Director of Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, and Dr. Saurabh Mittal, Dean, commended and congratulated all the faculty members and students of the Management Department for the successful organization of the event. The program was organized by the Department of Management (MBA). Speaking on the occasion, the Head of the Department, Mr. Pankaj Kumar, used various examples to explain the keys to success to the students, highlighting that in today's modern era, possessing practical knowledge alongside academic education is essential. During the session, students asked numerous questions without any hesitation. Dr. Vivek Tyagi, Head of the BBA Department, was also present at the event.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. S.N. Chauhan, Director of Shriram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, extended his best wishes to the students and encouraged them to actively seek out and acquire as much practical knowledge of this nature as possible. The program was anchored by Dr. Chitra Srivastava.
