The reputed company Escort Kubota Ltd., which came for campus placement at Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar, selected 32 students of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar from various courses like B.Tech, MBA, Faculty of Agriculture, BBA and B.Com through campus placement.

On this occasion, company representatives Nikhil Sharma Company Executive, Sumit Mor Company Representative were welcomed by Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar Director Dr. S.N. Chauhan and Chief Coordinator of Training and Placement Department Ashish Chauhan by presenting a bouquet.

Company representative Nikhil Sharma informed all the students about the company through a power point presentation that Escort Kubota Finance Ltd. has been established to set a benchmark in the field of agriculture and infrastructure by becoming a comprehensive financial solution provider and exploiting the capabilities and possibilities of the Indian market. Through captive financing, EKFL will provide financial services exclusively to EKL's customers, which will promote a symbiotic relationship between the two organizations.

The Chief Coordinator of the Training and Placement Department informed that the company adopted a two-stage process for the selection of students, in which technical interview was conducted in the first stage and HR interview in the second stage. 97 students participated in the first stage, out of which 69 students appeared for the second stage interview. The company finally selected 32 students.

Dr. S.C. Kulshreshtha, Founder Chairman of Shri Ram Group of Colleges, Muzaffarnagar congratulated the Campus Placement Cell, the company that came for selection, the selected students and the teachers of the institute. He said that due to the continuous and commendable efforts of the Placement Cell, many students of the institute have been selected in many prestigious national and multinational companies. He also told that the placement cell of the institute is conducting its work with great dedication, tireless efforts and hard work which is an example of the fact that the students of all the faculties are talented in all respects and they will definitely bring glory to their institute, district and nation on the international platform in future.

On this occasion, Shri Ram Group of Colleges Secretary Sankalp Kulshreshtha told that every year hundreds of companies come to the institute for campus placement. The students who could not get selected in Scort Kubota Ltd., such students should not lose courage and focus on hard work, they will keep getting opportunities from the institute in future as well. The coordinator of the Training and Placement Department and the heads of all the departments congratulated the selected students.

At the end of the selection process, the company representatives praised the knowledge and skills of the students of Shri Ram Group of Colleges and said that the students here will definitely bring glory not only to themselves but also to their institute and their district in future.

On being selected, the students gave the credit for this to their teachers and parents.

The company invited all the selected students to its office in Faridabad where after a week of training, the students will be sent to work at the company's offices located in different districts.

On the completion of the placement process, Dr. Prerna Mittal, Principal of Shri Ram College, Muzaffarnagar, presented mementos to all the company representatives. The company invited all the selected students to start their work in the company after their university examination.

The placement drive was efficiently conducted by Engr. Nitisha Tyagi. The program was organized under the guidance of Chief Placement Officer Ashish Chauhan. All the speakers including Mr. Vyom Sharma, Mr. Amit Kumar etc. had a special contribution in making the program successful.
